" Very bad maintenance and lack of responsibility. They did more damage to my car in stead of maintaining it. From a small dent on my window which I was going with for years they managed to break all the window. And not to mention about the scratches I found every time I went there for scheduled check-ups. Not recommend it at all. "

" Though I love my car........customer care is very very bad. During first service, non-working cell number of service advisor was printed on service sheet. During second service, cell number was correct but inspite of my call to remind about delivery of car as centre's closing time was reaching, he didn't call back and had to settle on getting the car next day which was my working day. "

Dealing with them for 3 years now and every single time I need to speak to the service managers and still nothing happens. South Korea's headquarters should know about their image over here starting from service advisors to managers. This will never encourage me to buy again a Hyundai or Kia vehicle. Disgraceful!! "

" 7 customer counters, and only 2 are working. I've been sitting for 45 min to give them my car for service . And actually that was my first time dealing with kia motors services. That's will never happened again. It's a mistake I bought a kia car unfortunately. The bad service i ever seen. No one cares about the customers and the employees are doing nothing. Just walking there and drinking tea. "

" While service is as expected, they are slow and the location is very much out of the way. If you get lucky that there are taxis when you drop the car off is OK..But if not you may wait 15 mins for one to show up, and then you have to navigate mussafah... Never a pleasant prospect. "
