" On my first visit, the representative was least bothered to help and simply asked me to go to Dubai Mall.
Yesterday I noticed a new person named Ermaa and tried my luck again. What a customer oriented and informed gem :) I was helped to the fullest in choosing the new iluma device and corresponding sticks. This review is only written to appreciate the person representing IQOS otherwise the old rep was just telling people to visit Dubai Mall for anything and everything.

" If there was anything less than one star, I would have surely rated. Issue with the device, call center advise to approach the shop at Ajman city center which closes at 12 midnight. Drive all the way to Ajman to find empty kiosk and the employee left by 9pm. I have to live with damaged device and the worst part is I have to drive again tomorrow. Why to lie to customers when you are not up to international standards of customer service. A wrong info lead to over 3 hours of absolute waste!! Horrible service. "
