" Hotel staff was very much polite and good but room was nor up to mark ( as per 4 star hotel should be ). If u r staying in this hotel, dubai mall and burj khalifa near by. Its a nice place to stay. 🙂 "

" Service 5*, clean, good location, car parking are availbale free of charge, wifi is good.
Room furniture are old, having few iron which mean u need to iron ur clothes ASAP n return it back!! "

" Good hotel and friendly staff but guest policy is terrible. By terrible I mean that no guests are allowed. Very very inconvenient. I have people to meet and it's very embarrassing and inconvenient that I cannot have them over. Will not be staying again because of the guest policy. "

" It's one of the best hotels in Al rigga road( Deira) 400-500 meters away frm rigga metro station.
Hotel and rooms are extremely neat and clean.

Staff members that I interacted with, were very polite, professional, efficient and friendly.
Breakfast buffet is very nice with a lot of varieties.
Indian club ( chingari) is also located in this hotel. "
