" The absolute worst experience for anyone having to undergo surgery! waiting 6 days for pre approval, when asked i'm told its in evaluation with the "board" i have had this response 6 times. meanwhile here i sit in pain waiting to go for my surgery! Zero level of client service or understanding - don't insure people if you avoid paying for treatment. Promised return calls that don't happen. "

" Very bad experience with GAC moving and ANIB/AXA in Abu Dhabi/Dubai. Firstly, our container arrived to Prague, the Czech Republic, 31 October 2018 instead of middle of October 2018 at the latest. We suggested that our container departs beginning of August 2018 but we were told by Mrs. Hajar Chahir that middle of August 2019 is ok. We were leaving Abu Dhabi 31 August 2018 and if my husband would not ask if the container was already shipped or not, it would probably be still waiting there to be shipped. As Mrs. Hajar was out of office, Mrs. Celda Salas informed us that they did not ship it yet as we are still in Abu Dhabi! As if if the container would go by plane and would arrive the same day as us! The container was shipped with a big delay due to unprofessional logistics! Furthermore, Mrs. Hajar did not inform us that we will have to pay additional EUR 400 for shuttle service (door-to-door), we learnt this information in October 2018 when a local transportation company told us that the a big truck would not be able to turn in the narrow streets in a capital city - even though Mrs. Hajar knew very well that we are moving to the capital and will be living in the center of the town. Another surprise - we had to pay another EUR 325 for handling the container in the harbor of Bremenhaven. Mrs. Hajar denied everything when we made a complaint. If your company pays your moving, perhaps you do not care but we had to pay the moving by ourselves. On top of it, many things arrived damaged due to unprofessional packing - fridge, carpets, chairs, etc. It took many months to deal with insurance company ANIB and AXA to get only a few hundred dirhams - we had to provide them with a report, many pictures, documents, etc., and we spent endless hours to correspond with them and always sending many reminders to get some response. And the best, the moving team damaged our chairs as they wrapped it so tightly that the artificial leather started to crack and now we can throw all of them in the garbage. But the response from insurance company was that it is not due to moving. The chairs were like brand new before moving! Now they start to peel off. But as I wrote to them, no use to take insurance next time and the chairs were probably damaged due to weather condition or simply by looking at them! I gave up to deal with them but am very disappointed by such unprofessional behavior and making fun of us. But perhaps this is the way to treat clients in Abu Dhabi... When they offer you their services, they are very pleasant as they want your money and nothing is a problem. Once you paid and if problem occurs, no one cares. Good luck if you have to move, especially to Europe - to a capital city, and prepare your wallet for another additional charges! This time I will not thank to anyone, it was a nightmare! "
