" Over the last two years this place keeps you waiting on average 30/40minutes. You tell them to do stuff and they dont do it making you come back again again. This place and this place alone is the only reason i will not be purchasing another VW. Very poor customer service experience for me.

" This was my first service with Volkswagen in Dubai. Although I have to admit that i was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews but my experience was superb. Extremely professional kept me updated and most importantly no surprises. Hopefully this is going to be the case all the times from now on and to be honest I can't see any reason as to why not. Thanks to the team that they tried to do everything possible to minimize the inconvenience of servicing the car. "

For the last few days I'm calling the customer support only to be told that the service advisor will call me. And he informed about calling me back in 2 days with the estimate. My car is with them for 5 days and I've no clue about the status. Not even an SMS. "
