" Don't look for 'Budget Rent-a-car' sign. You will not find it! Look for 'Prime Limousine Service Center.' Inside said compound, as you enter and ask around, they will direct you to an office where you can find 'Budget.' Be ready to with your Emirates ID or passport, driver's license at least 1yr or older, international driver's license if you are visiting. Pay your rental depending on your requirement plus 'holding fee' of AED1,300 and up, should you enter have traffic violations. The amount will be held for 14 business days so be ready to shell out more if your taking bigger sedan, sports car or SUV. Process was quick, in and out within 30mins. "
