" Do not give them Persian or expensive carpet. They destroyed my carpets, I paid a fortune for cleaning and packaging was Terrible and they did not tell me the destroyed it. I was even wondering why they gave me discount. I just opened the carpets now "

As you can see in pictures my silver handwoven rug came back to us in two different colors! The surface is rough and burnt! There are stains on the rug that were never there!
I opened the rug one week after receiving it and Ive burst into tears after seeing what they did. I can’t believe they had decency to send it to us like this because I’m sure they’ve seen the condition of it before they rolled it back. "
