The process of opening of the simple bank account took me three weeks. When I was showing up asking about the status, they were promising me to call back, what never happened.
Employees I was in touch totally does not know the products, they only propose one: Citigold, which requires from the customer to keep min. 300000 DHS balance. Others, even simple questions reg. fees and "terms and conditions", are beyond of range. Hotline can sometimes help, but for more complicated questions they asking to call the branch, what is impossible: they does NOT taking calls. "

" Citi Dubai (not only this branch) is the worst bank I ever worked with. Never managed to do online transfers without having to call customer service which might or might not call me back. And I am a Gold customer!!!! "
