After i lost my time going to the jlt branch, waited for 20 minutes for the therapist, no apologies whatsoever.The moment we stept inside the room, she told me to sit down and asked me how much i was told my treatment will cost. After i told her what the receptions informed me over the phone about their promotion, she asked me to wait,again, and after 5 minutes she came back and told me another price. At the phone i have talked with receptionist Ara who told me they are running a promotion of 50% discount. The total amount will be 2900 and something and after the discount its 1400 and something plus 5%. I have called twice to confirm the price before i made the booking. Apparently she was wrong and the total amount was more with 500 dirhams. Really disappointed with the service. No accurate information between the departments, no apologies whatsoever. Took my things, thanked for their time and walked away loosing my time for nothing. "
