" It was a very bad experience and the reason why is the following :
1. The pool was dirty with sand and dead insects and the last 2 days the weather was fine so I assume this wasn't cleaned properly.
2. Money value was bad here I didn't get what I paid for the price was 5000 AED.
3. Service in resturant is way too slow and bad compared to other hotels , despite there being 2 customers beside me so no reason at all for bad service, even though I complained about service 2 times I still wasted 1 hour of my life waiting for that breakfast.
4. I don't recommend coming to this hotel if u want to have a good time go to palm Jumeira next to the beach there is a good hotel.
5. You can zoom in the pic and see if it's clean or not mind that in this day weather was cool and nice not windy , you can see for yourself just zoom and u can see the leaves and the black things in the pool. "

" A very lovely hotel, spacious room. Spacious and luxurious. Our stay was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel resort stresses importance in 'privacy' that's why they have plenty of villas as well where guests can enjoy a quick getaway.
The resort is located only about half an hour from downtown Dubai and yet you can feel like you're really away from the city when you stay here. Love the 'horse' accents and designs. Staff were courteous and welcoming. Drop by the spa as well :) "

" Coming from western lifestyle, these settings seemed to be the usual, but my local friend loved it so much. It's greeny. With horses. And flowers. Residential houses are big and streets are clean. "

" I liked it because the beautiful features and it's looks historical some how. Villa is well clean however the swimming pool area is not so clean maybe due to weather there are insects.
