To say DNATA Logistics were AWESOME is an understatement…Here's WHY?
• Team Supervisor communicated & confirmed their arrival & our availability on Day 1 & 2 of the move.
• The Team were very prompt, arriving within minutes of their schedule time and vehicles were modern and spotless.
• Details of the move, what, where & when was discussed initially & throughout the On & Offloading. Great Communications by everyone.
• Packing, Protection & movement of Large Furniture & Delicate Items was impeccable. Nothing was overlooked and everything was taken into consideration. Packing & Protection material was provided before the move & also additional material was available & utilised throughout to ensure EVERYTHING was packed.
• The Work Ethic, Energy & Dynamism of all Team Members was exhausting to watch. Keeping out of their way was difficult.
• Rest & Break periods were minimal & taken only when things were completed.
• Team was courteous & respectful to us & our property. Nothing was damaged or broken during the move.
• Everything was completed ON TIME & TO PLAN…HIGHLY RECOMMEND for Local or Repatriation moves.

" The flight was cancelled at 10pm on 5th Aug, due to technical issues. Till now, which is 10am 6th Aug, we have not received our bags. Kids and babies, pregnant ladies, senior citizen like me have been kept standing with no clarity at all. It was one of the most disappointing travels ever. We had to even escalate this issue to the Dubai Police and Duty Manager. I will rate this a complete -1 star experience ever on how the situation was handled post a risk assessment.
And all this delay because of Dnata + with such horrible egoist staff with zero empathy towards customers that have not slept since 24 hours at the baggage claim! "
