" Clueless customer service desk and information desk
They have no knowledge about any query and answers random stuffs in a hurry to finish the tokens and directs you to the call centre telephone for everything...
security guys are much more informative and helpful compared to the helpdesk and CS desk
if you have an option never opt for Dubai Islamic, once you account is opened, they charge random fees in name of some insurance without even taking your acknowledgement on it.. i am getting charged AED 20 every month for some Takaful Jobless and Women Critical Illness. Trying to get back the amount deducted till date..

you go to the branch its empty and still it takes over an hour to get a 10 minute job done
also they never answer their land lines at all
