" Having read the reviews I was concerned.
I phoned to make an appointment and was offered an appointment for the same day.
Easy to find, parked immediately.
Staff on arrival and the lady Doctor Shaheena Hameed (family GP) that I came into contact with were all brilliant.
I was registered, seen by a nurse, then the Dr and was out of Mediclinic within the hour.
I would definitely recommend Mediclinic at the Meadows.
I used a pharmacy within the small Spinnys mall further down the road.

" cancelled appointments for no reason (and don't ask me to email info@. I already spoke to Practice Manager with no response (in spite of promises to contrary. although should be noted this was after promises three times for a phone call which didnt happen and finally approaching in person.)
waiting for 45 minutes with child to be told doctor still doesn't know we are there and best to come another time (that was because they made an appointment with us but didn't put on system)
terrible billing process
1.5 hours to receive standard vaccination for child.
These complaints are just from one week!
As others say, most medical staff are great. Second star is for them. Not management. Process around everything else seems non existent. "

" I have visited this hospital in emergency situation with someone,
So what I am writing here it is just for constructive criticism not more.
First as I said it was an emergency situation
I believe their readiness wasn't ready to receive patients,
Starting from the reception was just one person dealing with patients......
Actually, it was very difficult situation just to wait ...... for an emergency situation......
Then later inside the hospital,,,,,,
Where are the nurse the doctor ,
The wheelchairs,,,,,
The system wasn't ready
I understand it is still new hospital but if they start working they must be ready for different situations....
Also I hope they have upgraded their silly system..........
As I said at the beginning this is criticism to show you where are you.
And highlighting some issues might be help you for better service.

" Very disappointing service. The staff in Mediclinic Meadows is really disorganised and unhelpful. There is really bad communication with the other branches, if you need to see some other specialist and they don't have many medical specialties in mediclinic meadows. If there is a problem with getting your results you will be told by patients administrators to sort it out yourself and communicate with the other mediclinic branch, where your samples were sent, directly. Even though the problem or delay is due to Mediclinic's mistake, bad internal communication or their internal electronic system being down (which we were told on a number of occasions at our visits there). The place gives the impression of incompetent and sadly not caring about the patient. The idea of attending a big medical group of clinics and hospitals is that healthcare professionals from various branches have access to your medical records and they can communicate between the branches themselves if needed, not making this patients' responsibilities but this is not the case with Mediclinic Meadows. Although we had good experiences with other mediclinic branches in knowledge village and some OPDs in the City Hospital, the branch in Meadows provided to us disappointing service. "

" I've visited this clinic a few times and they have provided a consistently terrible level of service on each occasion. On my most recent visit the doctor was 30 minutes late for the appointment before we were informed (I had to keep asking the staff what was going on) that they had let in other people without appointments first as they were deemed more of emergency. This was without even knowing what was wrong with my daughter!!! It's utter chaos within no one in charge. "

" It was my first time to see dermatologist who didn't even look at the affected areas I was complaining about, not even once! Moreover he asked ME to touch the pimple I complained about and confirmed it is indeed hard so he could re confirm his assumption of what exactly it was. Thanks god insurance cover this, otherwise this circus would probably cost me what..500? "

" Waited 6min for staff to answer. Requested confirmation of various tests that needed to done. First they provide a quote which gives a clear indication that they can provide all tests- then when u book appointment it gets comm that u would need to see specialists at other branches. I would suggest cust service as well as english language training courses for their employees. "

" Absolutely terrible. Went in for a well man checkup. It felt like a human factory, with no questions asked about my general health or wellbeing. To top it off they later emailed me another patients medical results instead of my own! I wouldn't recommend anyone using this clinic. "

" Worst hospital ever. We had an ultrasound here and the guy doing the ultrasound was totally incompetent and all he cared about is making us do unnecessary follow up "scans" so he can milk our insurance. He had the audacity to tell us to do an MRI scan; which we know we don't need for a simple scan...he wasted our time looking at different area of interest. Totally shocking and the guy said we should come in 2 weeks to do another one...what a moron...as if we will EVER come to this money sucking hospital (NEVER EVER AGAIN - don't go to this meadow branch)...SHOCKING.... "
