" Extremely late delivery but worst than that the quality of the flowers was substandard to say the least. The flowers were rotten and several days old. Their communication skills are non existent. They are ignorant and unprofessional. Despite the fact they agreed full refund they have not refunded a single dirham. Tried to contact them several times to arrange refund but they are ignoring my calls. Do not use them. "

Flowers were not fresh, very bad quality
Seemed a week old
They were supposed to refund an amount which was debited to my credit card due to problems on their website. They never did the refund. "
