" I contacted a few groomers and Pets in The City replied the fastest (late at night / early morning). The prices are very reasonable and as this was my first time trying their service I didn't know what to expect.
They picked up my cat quickly and the grooming was done within 30 minutes (my cat has been difficult in the past with grooming). I presume they do the grooming in their van as it was so quick. When the cat was returned she wasn't stressed.
Overall very happy with the service and price. Highly recommended if you're on a budget, don't drive or are too busy with work to take them to a groomers. Can't recommend them enough! "

" Romeo & Juliette miniature Yorkshire terriers had an amazing service today with ‘Pets in the City’!
They arrived exactly on time and were incredibly professional. They have done a beautiful job with their hair cuts.
I had forgot something so had to tap on the van, I was very pleased to see when they opened up, a very relaxed Romeo sitting on the table without even the need for a leash to hold him in place. The handlers obviously have a very nice mannerism with dogs for them to be that relaxed. Thank you! "

" Tried this service for the first time today. They were over an hour and a half late without any notice. Our cat was bleeding from all 4 paws and has a small cut on her leg. The groomers claim that the cuts came from the cat trying to hit the dryer, and that “it was our cats will, not their fault”. Regret using them and will never use them again.
UPDATE: The owner contacted us and was very helpful. She reimbursed the vet fees for treating the injuries and told us she’d review their policies to ensure this doesn’t happen again. "

" Everything went super amazing for the first time. I’m the kind of person who cares about Eva and Leo both are cats. I find it hard to trust anyone with them but it was such a comfort feeling when the staffs came with a smile on their face and returned them back by opening their cages and telling them “your free to go now” it just showed how much they care about animals. They are also on time they weren’t late at all. Very well done! Thank you guys so much. "

" Amazing! My cat JJ (who hates getting groomed) actually was happy while getting groomed!! The staff are so welcoming and great at what they do. They make sure to make your pet is not scared and stay calm throughout the entire process.
They are very professional and care care for your pet.

" Excellent service. Despite the call over Eid, they have still managed to send someone within a short time. The boys were happy and have enjoyed it. Well cleaned and pampered and the bathing material seems to be of excellent quality. All this with a decent price. Will definitely use them again. "

" Great service! Prices are good too. I sent my 5 month old kitten brothers for a full mobile grooming- which included their first haircut. They came back looking fresh and clean! The mobile service was easy to book and the staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a reliable groomer. "

" If I could give them less than a star or even escalate the netter legally I would, I used heir mobile service for grooming and after few days my cat started scratching and biting himself like crazy and started loosing pitches of hair, took him to the vet and turned out he has a fungus infection!! My cat never goes outside or has contact with another cat so that was the grooming session was the only activity that he came across. DO NOT USE their mobile services as I don’t think they sterilise their equipment, this grooming session costs me thousands of dirhams in my cat’s treatment! "

" One of the worst experiences you could have. They're unreliable and lazy, I called a few times anytime in the afternoon they just push you to the next day. Finally I managed to book an appointment and I call half an hour before to check if I can come a little earlier and there was no booking, the manager apparently left home and the guy said sorry there's no appointment then he put me on to the groomer who didn't understand that I had an appointment for like 15min then ended up screaming on the phone that it's not his fault and he has 5 other pets in the store to groom. So this is the level of service you get in this horrendous place. Highly unrecommended! They didn't even bother to call back and say sorry we didn't register your booking or anything. "
