" Who on earth came up with the idea that to buy your drinks and popcorn one should go to a self service touchscreen to order and then queue at a weirdly cordoned off counter for your number to appear and collect your goods? the counter was roped off in such a way that access to all the counters was almost impossible. In a country that does not have a problem with the amount of labour available to provide service why try to automate? particularly when the automation is so inefficient? our order included some good that had gone "out of stock" so we waited for ages until we complained and only then where told our order could not be completed. due to this ridiculous situation we missed the start off the film. Words fail me... I will not be returning. "
