I nearly didn’t buy a new wallet as the price tag said 900 when I asked the guy it turned out it was only 600 missing a trick guys. Overall amazing service and staff with high end brands. They even stock aspinalls of London! "

This Review has nothing to Do with customers as they have high customer service standard but for those who are looking for a career
All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. Receive timely salary, that's the only positive situation you will have in this company.
Advice to Management
Stop unethical practice among Senior management. and also stop pressurizing on Sales as they count your performance only on the transaction you Do it under your name.Please create an environment where employees can work.
Please don't recomend your colleagues to this Departmeant store as there is no Job security with Robinson Business Partner as they Hired experienced staffs for setting up the store and terminated almost 80 Plus Candiates before finishing the probation ! All these candidates were removed with immediate Affect without Notice . "

" What a place, the design and style of this department store is in my opinion the best in Dubai. An excellent example of a boutique department store done well. Fashion is mostly high end with some affordable ranges, the highlight is the amazing homewear section anchored by John Lewis. Range is impressive and prices are good. Worth the effort to go Festival City and explore "
