They will charge you wrongly, those who have time to call them back will get their money, others will be ripped off
I hope this is not their strategy, they even falsely marke my fuel guage empty (asking for extra 115) , until I prove it wrong!!! "

" Horrible Experience. To pick up the car there was only one salesman available and had to wait in line for close to an hour.
They have a secret AED50 "airport charge" which is not mentioned anywhere while booking the car.
Please KEEP IN MIND: They place a hold on your credit card for a full month of AED1000 (even though i rented the car for 24 hours!). This hold has nothing to do with your bank. They actually just keep a authorization hold on your credit card for that long and after several emails of me asking them why are they doing that, they FAIL to provide any valid reasoning for doing so. Will make sure i never rent from them again. "
