" Pathetic Service. Their Manager Mr. Ram Kumar comes at 10AM to office according to their staff. UAE exchange opens at 8AM. When I send my driver to collect money transferred from customers he is asked to wait as manager comes late at 10AM .. why open and say we are open from 8AM when you don’t want to entertain or give money as your manager can not sign because he will be available only after 10AM.. experiences this not once but at least 6 times now so I am just requesting my Customer to choose others .. recent experience was today just now on 28th feb 2018
I even reduced making my international payments and transfers from them and will eventually stop using their service.
Sorry for such a long post but seriously their zone and country heads should do something about this as it’s a common practice every time . "
