" I highly recommend Udrive in Dubai. Compared to the competition, prices are almost always lower and quality of the cars are just as good (95% of the times cars are new and in good condition). The reservation process on Udrive is excellent, and in my opinion it’s greatest feature, as it gives you a 15-minute window to reach the car once you select it. This is a vital and very fair benefit in my opinion, as sometimes the car isn’t right next to you. That time window allows you to secure it, and gives you the time to reach it. Then you complete your damage report (if any) and submit your photos. You only start paying AFTER you effectively unlock the car.
The competition does not work that way.

" Been using Udrive, for almost a year now. Been loving it but hopefully they give attention to drivers hoarding the cars and it should not be tolerated. I booked an AVAILABLE car in the app at Expo Dubai (going to their parking is a real pain and not to mention it was freaking hot) only to find out that the previous customer had brought along with him the keys of the car. How is it even possible to end the trip and walk away with the key, making it completely unavailable to use for the next user even if s/he booked it fairly. Called customer service, told me they cannot simply ask the previous customer to return the key since he will still use it later. 🤷♀️ I got a compensation for the inconvenience but i hope this experience won’t happen again. "

" I hired a car on 31st of December for New Years however the bottom of the car came out, the car was showing low battery and so many different problems that we had to lock the car by 1 Pm and all our New Years plan was canceled. The customer service couldn’t even provide us with full refund and just partial refund which is not fair as it’s not my problem if your cars are not maintained.
The cars are extremely dirty sometimes, with trash inside I’m not sure how they allow customers this.
The bottom of the car had nearly come out on the road and I was stopped by the police as it was making a lot of noise, is this the type of care you keep for your customers to drive. Honestly only few of their cars are in maintained condition otherwise most of them have some sort of issue going on in them. I know this as I am a frequent UDRIVE user.
The only good thing about UDRIVE is their customer service is very quick and responsive at whatever time you call them but their cars are mostly in bad state. "

We had made a complaint regarding a car we had hired from U-Drive, which was dirty. However, the company did call back and apologized for the problems caused and assured that they will rectify the issue in the future. The representative was very considerate and helpful.

I hired U-Drive car, it was very dirty from inside and outside. There was tissue and wrappers thrown. There was problem with the tire, we informed the customer service and they were least bothered to help, we called a couple
of times and they said they will send a driver to check it but no one came.
The cars don’t have registration card so Incase you get in accident you’ll be in trouble with the police also as U-Drive is not ready to send registration card ( Mulkiya ). "
