" Had my road bike and my wife’s cruiser serviced this past week at Wolfi’s and it was a terrific experience. From the moment I called, I felt like a valued customer. Despite it being the end of the week, the person I spoke to on the phone made it a priority to squeeze me in so we could use our bikes over the weekend. When I arrived with the bikes, Mario (Super Mario) took charge and made the handover of our bikes a painless experience. Skip to the next day, Mario kept me up to date on the progress of our bikes with regular WhatsApp messages, checking to make sure that any work done on the bikes was done with our approval. When the bikes were ready for pick-up, it was as though we were picking up two brand new bikes - both were in pristine condition and ready to go. " I have so appreciated the superb level of service received from King and all the team at Wolfis for over a year now. I did an enormous amount of research to identify the best bike to suit my needs and made a decision to support local. The level of service from other bike stores oscillated from non at all, not even acknowledging I was in the store to possibly the most condescending comment " you should buy the most expensive your husband can afford " , needless to say walking into Wolfis was a breath of fresh air. My cycling needs were immediately identified and despite me wanting the fastest and fanciest a more reasonable level bike was recommended to me by King. My bike is beyond perfect. I was not sold all the extras at the time but it was suggested I first go riding and as my needs change I could consider upgrades. I come from a background of sales and I never once felt Like I was being "flogged" anything. Since then I have continue to return to Wolfis to upgrade as and when I have needed. The cycling bug has truly bitten... Wolfi, Gaby and many of the team know me by name when I enter and the nicest possible gesture was when King and Gaby sent a get well soon gift home for me after having a nasty tumble this past week. There are always the little bits they do at no extra charge, like resetting and cleaning up my bike after my crash, always with a friendly smile. The after sales service beats online shopping any day of the week and I look forward to a long relationship with Wolfis until its time to bring out the walker. "

Just relocated from UK and removal company damaged my 4 month old Cervelo. Luckily the insurance company paid out and from the moment I entered Wolfi’s I was so impressed. These guys live bikes and know their bikes - regardless of level, budget etc they are with you throughout the process. They had some much time for endless questions, Wolfi was on hand countless times to say hello and ensure I was happy. My experience compared to a recent purchase in the UK is hands down Wolf’s should be your first visit. " Fantastic shop with lots of great advice. I have been after a Cervelo for the last 3-4 years. I called the shop and spoke to Rafa who got me in for the custom fit. I was measured, assessed, and then checked to make sure the bike was the correct fit for me, and that I was going to get the most from the bike. After 300km I went back in with the bike with a query and they had a look and adjusted it straight away. I was given great advice again about my riding style. " Just to say- what a phenomenal service. The first thing that struck me was the friendliness and efficiency of all of your staff. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I came in for my bike assembly and a fitting, but came away with some excellent advice and a new riding position which I’m already feeling the benefits of. As well as clearly knowing his stuff, Clint has the ability to explain what he is doing to alter your position on your bike and why. He is very patient and methodical. The video feedback was excellent and the recommendations that was made has made an ordinary bike set up into a “WOW” set up. You know you are in excellent hands when such expertise knowledge is delivered in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

" I recently went into Wolfi's with the intention of doing a bit of comparison shopping. An hour later, I was the very happy owner of a new Scott bike! Heinrich was very welcoming as I walked in and attentively listened to my cycling history, preferences and what I wanted going forward.
I was very impressed by his knowledge of Wolfi's stock and enthusiasm for ensuring my needs were met in full, and would recommend anyone considering buying a bike to stop in and ask for the small guy with the BIG personality (otherwise known as Heinrich).
