" Cosmos office is located at Meena Road Sharjah. It’s a huge office provides all kind of services related with Travel and Hotel. Staffs are very cooperative and friendly. Provide necessary guidelines for the customer. Their office is in the main road and easy to locate. "

" Ruhama Joseph - Lady rep provided a very poor service. I have walked in for a UK visa application and she said my case is complicated and ignored. The same visa I got in 1 week from another travel agent. The human resource team should closely watch how the employees at the front desk behave to the customers.
