" Always Crowded and Slow Service. Today on Friday I reached the bank at 11.30am just to find out it was closed while the timings displayed outside read that it was supposed to be open till 12.15pm. Highly professional behavior of the staff when I told them that they should inform customers, and I got a reply saying maybe next time. "

Unfortunately this branch didn't have any information regarding one of their services and asked me to visit the shk zayed branch. "
