" They need to provide with information about their procedures, fees and paperwork required to open an account. We waited for an hour for our turn then they asked us to make a deposit of 5000 AED for a 2 story villa. The money is not an issue, but atleast inform us beforehand so that while we wait we can go and withdraw cash from nearest ATM as they are charging card fee. I think they like to surprise people with everything! I Hope the management will improve their customer experience. "

" Good Evening,
Unfortunate experience today, went to pay Municipal fee at Sewa Sharjah Industrial 5 however they closed before 3.40 pm though their time shown online is from 8am to 8pm and one employee said they work only from 7.30am to 1.30pm and need to come back next day,
From their again took taxi went to other branch at Jazzat which was also closed and came to know that this branch works only from 7.30am to 12pm where Municipal fees could be paid.
Disappointed as could not pay Municipal fees as well as had to spend on taxis.
Hope for the best and wish there would be better improvements in future.

" I wasted 7 hrs of my life....just to cancel my tenancy contract....worst service ever....they should increase the staff....very sad but its true....i recommend everyone to come early morning at 8 so that by 3 you will be done with cancellation...if you come late then forget your work getting done "
