" I have a shocking experience with them. They packed my stuff from Sharjah on 2nd July 2017 with a cheaper price than others to ship to Melbourne in 45 days. I moved with my family in cold winter of Australia end of Aug with the hope that we have our personal effect ready to use. My wife was 7 months pregnant at the time and I had another kid. We stayed at an empty house and bought minimum necessities to survive and not to pay for hotel. They kept us in total darkness about the status of our shipment and we counted day and night with the hope that we will receive a phone call from someone to arrange a delivery. Then we found they have shipped our stuff to Singapore then South Korea and then Sydney (rather than Melbourne) to pay the cheapest sea freight cost and then hand it over to an Australian agent to keep our shipment as hostage and demanded 2000 AED more because of increase in shipment costs .... It is horrible to hear that we received our shipment on 10th October 2017 after 98 days from collection just a week before delivery of my baby. My wife experienced her worst days of life during such a nightmare situation. I have to add that two boxes missed. My Samsung 49" Curved TV was smashed. My expensive antique light set was smashed. When they sent me the insurance policy later on, I realized that the excess fee is double than what they had told me and the value of shipment is less than what I paid for. Our mistake was that with numerous experience of local relocation in Dubai and Sharjah, we did not signed a formal contract with binding terms and just agreed on a price and I paid the amount up front and got a receipt for the payment which is not enough to sue them. "

" Pros: Overall, my shipment was handled very well, just sent a few personal effects weighing 90kg. It arrived in the UK one day after I did. Had slight damage to a couple of things, but I can't blame Al Sabaa for that.
Cons: The packing guys tried to re-charge me money I had already paid half of, luckily I had no cash on me at the time, otherwise it would have been a pain getting my money back. So just watch out for that.
Overall, I'm pleased with the service. "

The crew arrived on time and were very friendly and
patient with us. They packed all the stuff neatly. Breakables were packed separately. The cartons were accurately labelled and transported with care. Our new place was organised the same way we wanted it to be. Each and every details were being asked as to the put up the shelves,TV, Curtains were fixed,kitchen was rearranged back and in no time. "

On moving day his team were very efficient and completed the job faster than I would expect. His team were also very professional, polite and respectful. Thank you for doing a great job. I would recommend these guys! "

" We are facing a really bad experience from this al sabaa movers .. they made the first impression really good by charging less for international shipping and of course the packing was done promptly and diligently.But once the payment is done and our things are handed over for shipping , things got upside down, we are not getting any proper response from them. They committed us to deliver the things in 10-12 days , now its more than 17 days and its not even shipped. Now they are asking for extra payment to ship it.also we are not even getting a proper response at all from them. Worst decision made to approach for their service. "
