New Staff Appointments: Turner's Beach is pleased to welcome Latoya Munroe to our team. Latoya started her career in the culinary field at Turner's Beach in May 2000 and moved on to further her studies with the AHTI. She was formerly employed at the Cocobay Resort and most recently at the St. James' Club. Latoya has been nominated as Young Chef of the year in 2011 by the Antigua Hotel and Tourist Association. Latoya leaves her role as the acting Executive Chef at St. James' Club to return to her "roots" as Head Chef of Turner's Beach. Heralding a new day for the 22 year old restaurant, Latoya brings new and exciting ideas to the restaurant, and is excited to grow her career at the helm. Welcome Latoya!
