Park across the road in the small lot and walk behind the laundromat. Start of trail is marked by a sign. After a short climb, go around the water tower to the left to find the steps to the first cannon placement. There are also wooden steps up to the second cannon. Trail is not marked, but is cleared. Cannons have been repainted by an eagle scout, "

" Great hike with limited views. Lot of native birds and the hike is moderate (hot, some elevation and slippery in areas). Hard to find the start/stop points and it is not marked. Many relic condition bunkers and one large gun. "
