For medium to large sized things a $40.00 non-refundable deposit must be ready on hand for the Handy Man to come out and diagnose your problem.

He'll then work with you to come to a fair price for the parts and extra labor if needed. If he is able to fix it on the spot, the cost is only the $40.00 deposit you already paid.

If it is a smaller appliance or equipment he can bargain down his non-refundable deposit fee.
