Pamela is a wealth of information and is to the point and prompt with her info gathering, approach, strategy and solution to create a plan that kept costs to a minimum for me. She educated me so I learned the parameters to negotiate on my own and achieve a great outcome enabling me to gain a binding agreement with my children's mother without needing to go to court, at minimal cost and time to achieve this.
Over the years I have recommended many people to Pamela and have been back recently to see Tony Iuliano and Penny Ling - both very knowledgeable and were able to give me the professional advice and information I needed. My dealings with their client engagement staff member - Fiona, were also positive, where she took the time to ask questions of what I needed and spoke with the team at Cominos to find the best structure and person to assist me.

" At first, it was great. Pamela was supportive and I finally felt heard. Then, with out communication and against what we mutually agreed on, Pamela decided she was no longer going to represent me, her junior lawyers were. When I communicated that I did not like that plan to Pamela, reminded her it was not our previous agreement and asked her to proceed with our original plan of her representing me she sent me this email

So sorry to hear you are leaving us.

No regard for me or my children. Now I’m left with out representation in a complicated custody battle. "

Client service responsiveness is very poor. Expect to waste your time chasing for follow up. I contacted this office twice over a four week period to engage a lawyer. Twice they took my details, assuring me a lawyer would call me back within a working day. No-one ever called me back. In short, client service integrity and responsiveness very poor. "
