" I got their service to move from Castle Hill to Ryde in September. They came two hours late saying the driver was unwell. They were not trained for house moving as I felt.
They even damaged a wall and told that to claim from insurance I have to pay with 10% GST, so that they can issue an invoice. After they are gone, I only have the paper on which I signed, they never sent me an invoice even after a reminder.

Charanjeet and Sahil were extremely cooperative and had immense patience in moving stuff. They were flexible to meet our requirements and worked with customer satisfaction at their heart. When you see the removalists are relaxed, easy-going & smiling when they are moving, and asking you to calm down and we will make it happen, you know you are in the right hands. " If possible find another service. Here is what happened. Two guys came and they were so unprofessional.
1. Kept my new mattress on the bare grass
2. Two big grease marks from the hand the hand trolley on my mattress
3. Lost one nail of the bed - now it is wobbly and i cant even re- sell it now
4. Did not assemble the sofa
5. Did not assemble the washing machine because they didnt have a wrench. Asked me to call plumber
6. Scratch marks on my new table
7. Asked me to carry smaller items as they were "tired" of going up and down the lift
I asked for a compensation and did not hear from them since. "
