" Very different menu than usual pizza outlets.
We loved pineveg pesto & gourmet vegetarian.. garlic breads are as usual taste as any other pizza outlets though.. cheesy rolls were good but just all quantity (5pcs).. "

" Hi I would like to make a formal complaint against "Maddy" who is apparently one of you're managers on the 6/3/21 at the Castle Hill Store. This gentleman after receiving our order refused to send it out and was extremely rude to both myself and my partner with no cause. I understand that it's a Friday night and things might be busy but this gentleman made no effort to help anyone but himself by hanging up on me! And please if you record your phone calls I would love to hear it! Terrible behaviour for someone who was meant to be in the fast food/retail and customer service industry! I myself work in customer service and can guarantee if I treated someone like this in my work! I would be let go!! It is not on!! Would not recommended for anyone ordering from this place!!!
I want to add that since this situation has happened, Maddy has since rectified the situation and has made up for the issues last nigh, he went above and beyond tonight to make sure we received the best experience possible to resolve the issue, he was a great help "

" Fresh and tasty pizzas. Shared the Mushroom and Paneer pizzas. Generous toppings and nice thin crust. Will be trying their other pizzas but Paneer is definitely a keeper. "
