It’s great to be able to have regular check in’s with someone who knows the physical activities I participate in and where I need to implement strengthening exercises for the muscle groups involved.

Kenny has helped with instant pain relief as well as providing stretching exercises for longer term management. I had some recurring pain after hurting my back but after a couple of months treatment there is no pain and need treatment much less frequently :) "
