" They provide no help what so ever. I spoke to a consultant one time and she was rude and judgemental and she was also critical as well. She said that my interview with her was quite poor. And there is this other consultant who doesn't want to connect with you or help you find a job. She is not responsive and she breaks promises with you to help you find a suitable job.
This is the worse recruitment agency on the planet. Do not pick Randstad as your one step to employment. "

She was such a pleasure to work with and is a friendly person to talk to, always available, responded quickly and kept me updated throughout the recruitment process. " When I was looking for a new role near my place, I had Kate Ward as my agent. Can I just say she must be one of the best you could meet in this industry. She is so responsive, professional, understanding and respectful. She really listened to all my needs and tried to accommodate and satisfy all the requirements I had. She was also so efficient and quickly found several roles according to my needs. Even when I had second thoughts or doubts, or changed my mind, she was very understanding and respectful, and she was willing to sacrifice her own personal time to answer my questions and solve my problems.
