Erica was outstanding with helping my daughter understand the suit, it’s purpose, lots of little tricks about how to get the best fit and just being a gorgeous mentor and support to young swimmers. " Ordered some products using the Boxing Day 2021 20% off promotion, order total after discount was over $125. This is important because the front page of the website clearly states "FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING - All order (sic) over $125". At checkout the order included shipping costs of $17.50, huh why? There is no option for free pickup from an Aquashop outlet, only shipping. Called them to find out why and they said you must have a heavy product and they said that it states on the product page that ** THIS IS A HEAVY PRODUCT AND WILL INCUR POSTAGE **. Well in my opinion, you can't say on the front page that it is free shipping and then on a heavy product its chargable, thats dodgey! BTW parcel weighed 1KG, what does a 500g eParcel Express Post satchel cost to post? Something doesn't add up to me. As I am writing this review, I note that the Free Shipping message has been changed, it now says "FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING - All order (sic) over $125 (excluding bulky items)". So what does this mean bulky equals big but doesn't mean heavy? What is the Free Shipping Policy? Maybe I need to get consumer affairs to confirm with me. Note: When I complained, they removed the charge, but how many other people just allowed it through? "
