" Recently, I purchased an anti-flap kit from Aussie Traveller for our Black Series HQ15. This followed weeks of frustration both face-to-face and on-line with other caravan and camping places, who simply found it "too hard" to resolve the issue of supplying an anti-flap kit that would suit our van.
It was only when I spoke with "Sam" from Aussie Traveller that things started to happen, from the outset she was positive that she could find a solution. I was very impressed with her professional and friendly approach and her eagerness to help me out. Sam is certainly a great asset to the company and as such, highly recommend Aussie Traveller. " Excellent service and products.
We called into Aussie traveller to get a new vinyl on our awning and blinds for our caravan. The guy replacing our awning was such an awesome bloke to deal with. The awning turned out great and was a very easy process from start to finish, and our van was ready to be picked up in a timely manner. The awning looks way better than I expected. The blinds are good quality. The staff went above and beyond to help us out and we cannot recommend them enough. Highly recommend 5 star all round. "

" We had, had ongoing problems with our caravan door. We originally didn’t report these, but eventually decided to do so. We were out of warranty, but they listened to our concerns & fixed our problems promptly. Very impressive company. "
