" Partner and I just moved into our home built by Omni earlier this month, and we are very happy with the build. There was excellent communication throughout the whole process, with a consultant coming to us to discuss build plans, and admin offering prompt replies to all email inquiries.
Omni was happy to accommodate structural changes to the build plan, including removing a bedroom and a water closet, so we were able to get the exact house we wanted. Our site supervisor was also great when it came to making a few visits to the build site, even on very short notice. Overall, Omni made the whole process much easier than we were expecting from such a big project, on top of delivering well within the expected time frame. Highly recommended. "

" We had outgrown our house and decided to knockdown and rebuild. The process seemed so overwhelming as we had no idea where to start....until we came across OMNI Built Homes. Joe made us feel so at ease, with his knowledge and experience and reassurance that they would handle everything. This was such a relief! The process couldn't have been easier for us, all we had to do was relay what we wanted, select tiles and colours and the wonderful experienced team and trades did the rest. From Joe and Gail that answered our questions and communicated everything so professionally, to the quality of the build from the excellent trades they partner with and to our wonderful site manager John whom was great. John was accessible and kept us up to date with the timeline and made sure that everything was done to a high standard. We are so thrilled with our new home, we couldn't be happier. " This is our dream home, we love it and we are very happy to call it home. The design of the house gives us some wonderful unique features, giving us a spacious house which feels and looks great. We were very impressed with Nicole, the Interior Designer, who worked closely with us and made our color selection process an enjoyable one. Her color coordination was amazing. A big thank you to Gail who helped us through every stage, going above and beyond in assisting us in any way she could. We found the whole team at Omni gave us their full attention, providing some very sound advice in selecting the right block of land and ensuring we were happy with the work being carried out. We were also impressed at Joe’s demand for a high standard of workmanship, which gave us peace of mind.

" Joe and the team at OMNI Built Homes showed us that building a home can be a great experience. We had a group of about 20 children and adults over recently for a party and everyone loved the house. There is so much space! The flow from entry and how it opens out into a fantastic living space onto the Alfresco and pool area is great for entertaining. The team were approachable and proactive in addressing any queries we had along the way and they produce a quality and unique product. We were able to give our input throughout the build and really felt valued and part of the experience. Great work guys!” "

" So my partner and I were excited to begin this journey with Omni from the initial meeting. All looked promising and ensured us communication and professionalism was priority. We had discussed everything with their sales rep person all the details we wanted with our new home . But it seemed to go in one ear and out the other in very essential choices . And this came to bite us by mid to end of building stage . We were a test lab rat on most of the trades and even the draftsman that was amateur at best . He claimed a lot of the architecture ideas when in actual fact it was our extensive home work that we had handed to him . If we hadn’t had time off work to check up on how things were going this would of 100% a disaster. The foreman was our saviour but even then it felt like We had been holding the trades hands at every opportunity we could as we hold our own full time jobs parallel to building our home . Every time we had a problem there was an excuse to get out of doing anything about this . A week in our new home and we are seeing ourselves spending more money in the future to get where we wanted it to be before we moved in .
