Lauren and Rob both run sessions within the business of Pump PT. Our backgrounds extend from Hawaii Ironman to getting back into shape after having a baby. We are learning to juggle a young family and have a passion for health, wellness and fitness. We have a range of sessions available including:

-One on one sessions
-Group Bootcamp sessions (specific to core/cardio/boxing/weights)
-Running specific sessions
-Swim drills
-Windtrainer sessions
-Clean Eating Program (4 week program)
-Specific tailored exercise sessions
-Rehab & return to work programs
-Ergonomic Assessments
-OH&S consulting

Lauren is degree qualified so has the best of knowledge to prescribe exercise to you. We are also both full qualified and accredited Triathlon Australia coaches and support any level of involvement in the triathlon sport especially those just getting started and wanting a taste of it!
