" We cannot rate the customer service we received from John KEARLEY and REEFE Pumps highly enough.
John's friendly manner and incredibly timely response was fantastic.
We purchased a top-end, variable speed pump from REEFE through a Victorian irrigation supplier in June 2020.
Imagine our surprise when the previously perfectly working pump suddenly stopped working in March 2021.
Closer inspection by our electrician revealed that a SLUG had managed to slime its way inside the casing and short out the circuit board!
We contacted the irrigation supply company we purchased through and received a "sorry, it's not a warranty claim" response.
After speaking to John @ REEFE, we were very quickly advised that although the one-in-a-million situation wasn't strictly covered by warranty, as a gesture of goodwill, they were happy to provide a replacement circuit board at no cost to us.
Now THAT's what I call excellent customer service!
Highly recommend REEFE pumps and their team. Superstar customer service!
