They where all great when I was signing up for my new $60,000 + Caravan but after delays and delays.
They never rung back, the lied time after time about what we agreed on even though it was written clear as day on the order.
I told them what I was going to tow the van with and they said that's fine on delivery the van was 4" higher so my towbar didn't suit, the van was 250kgs over advertised weight and now to heavy for the car to tow.
They said that this wasn't there problem and that I didn't tell them what car I had, showed Robbie the manager the car at the time of van purchase.
Items we're missing that I was told would be included,
The Van leaked like nothing else, The sales people again wouldn't return my calls and one I arrived they ignored me, When I finally spoke to the Manager Robbie he she I've never heard of this happening its very strange.... we'll look into it for you. not 5 mins later I spoke to one of the service guys around the back who said, Mate all these vans leak they all rubbish and they used the wrong glues, windows and seals when they were made.
Nothing fitted in the van at all,
I have since now sold the van and bought from an interstate company who have been amazing,
I would never ever ever go to this company for anything. There terrible I have heard many similar stories about Dave Benson Caravans and warn people to stay away and look else where for a better deal.
