" I cannot speak highly enough of the service you get when you walk into the Adelaide Arcade store. Justin, Belinda and the team go above and beyond in service. Justin is the go to guy talking anything antique and coloured diamonds. You can't help but have a deep appreciation for antiques after chatting to him. Justin is very modest and wont say this but has has some great design ideas too and is great to bounce jewellery design ideas on He is so welcoming and down to earth. I always have fun in the store when Sophia is around. Her energy and bubblyness is contagious and always knows what new things I'd want to see. Belinda is a testament to the Gerard McCabe name. With her its not so much about when things go right but when things go wrong. Belinda will bend over backwards to make things right and make sure the customer is happy, that is our experience. She makes you feel heard and gives you a voice.

" We got our wedding rings at Gerard McCabe and from the first time we went in it was a brilliant experience. Crystal made choosing our rings special and memorable. Having both physical examples and a digital designer helped us to design and envision our wedding rings, and personalise them.
All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They also helped me pick out my bridal earrings, and cleaned an antique pocket watch and other jewellery we’re wearing for our wedding. They went above and beyond for us through every step.
