" I dropped into Grahams Jewellers in Rundle Mall early December 2020 with the intention of buying an upmarket watch. After spending a considerable amount of time with Indi (looking at watches and brochures) I found a watch that I was interested in. Indi took my phone number etc and advised me that she would contact the supplier re the availability of the watch and would ring me that afternoon. To date (4/01/21) I have not heard from her. Very poor service. I am now looking elsewhere. "

" I found Terry very attentive, polite and nicely presented. Nothing was too much trouble. I bought a watch more within my price range but he didn’t discourage me from trying on the expensive ones!!!! He seemed to pick up very clearly and quickly my taste. 😃👍 "
