" I must say after visiting many small businesses across Australia during our travels, the customer service here was poor. All of the staff need training in how to engage customers with a smile and a friendly face. Not one of the girls could demonstrate this. One in particular (long dark hair) clearly felt it was an effort to serve us and looked past us when she was asking us questions on what we would like. By the way the service she provided a local was very different to that which she attempted to provide us. Small businesses in country towns rely on the passing trade as part of their target market, clearly Jamestown Balery or more importantly the staff don't care. Employment in small country towns is not easy so you would think that staff would do anything to keep their jobs, including smiling and engaging customers. Down the road at a local hairdressers customer service was the complete opposition. It was warm and engaging. Perhaps their staff could educate the girls at the bakery.
Finally the food was good. "

" Rude customer service as they served a customer that pushed in front of me and took exactly what I was going to buy. Pies over cooked and too peppery. "

" No EFTPOS - bring cash! Don't be in a hurry...the service is terribly slow. The staff could smile. The products are okay, nothing special. "
