" The customer service and communication was great from start to finish. Always quick to respond and get back to me. The trailer was even ready quicker than expected. The only downside to the trailer is that the paint seems thin and chips quite easily. Other than that a great experience. "

" My stepfather bought me a trailer a few years ago as a present. Not even 6 months later the tail lights stopped working as there seemed to be a break in the wire. Took it back to be told the electrics were not covered. Had to purchase a new set of lights and loom. Have been working good until the other day I noticed the left side wasn't working again. Seems to be another break in the wiring. I'm no expert but seems like having to replace two sets of taillights/wiring indicates a poor quality product.
On the advice from Tony I took the trailer back and they replaced the faulty light unit, so was very happy with the service I received this time. "
