" Would not recommend this guy. I'd been hearing something walking in my ceiling and scratching for about a week or so when I contacted Albazi Pest Control. The guy came out, didn't do any inspections whatsoever so I asked if he was going to. He went to the back and said "yeah, just cover those weep holes". He went upstairs and was talking on the phone the whole time while baiting the upstairs ceiling for rats. Mind you, he hadn't even made any form of inspection so not sure how he knew it was rats. He went downstairs, threw some bait blocks in the downstairs ceiling by pulling out a couple of downlights. When
Called him a couple of weeks after that and all he asked was if I covered up the weep holes because he wasn't coming back until I do so. I had already covered them. He never came back.
Turns out, it's a possum and it took another FANTASTIC and PROFESSIONAL to actually help me discover it. Possum trap has been set up on the roof so here's hoping we catch the possum and that nobody ever has to waste their money on Albazi. "
