" I have been with this fund for a number of years the reason I left is when your direct debit comes out they check with the bank about four days prior to see if you can cover it. talk about invasion of privacy if it isn't there they send you a sms saying that you haven't got the funds to cover the debit. that is why I left them as I don't like their policy. "

" Shockingly poor customer service team! Possibly the worst in the country! Takes months to resolve issues, a month to get a refund over 4 calls which promised that they will refund. Blaming on customer for not their internal team miscommunication and lastly hung up on customer. If they can't get the admin right at the beginning I can't imagine getting claim through. Bravo Australian Unity you won the worst customer service award of the year! Decided to cancel my policy. "

" Recently had surgery and had no issues organising everything with Australian Unity. The app is very quick too for submitting extras claims. Can be a bit of a wait getting onto customer service on the phone at times, but staff are very helpful once you get through. Would recommend the health fund based on my previous experience. "
