" I have been a bmw customer for more than 2 plus years. This time when I visited bmw showroom for regular check up I got a very cold response from bmw team. This has never happened. Was told to wait in lounhe.Was waiting for 20-30 minutes but nobody bothered to check .further person sitting next to me was treated well and was looked after warmly but looks like I was invisible. Finally decided to go and find someone who then helped me get my car back. If not disrespectful it is atleast rude from my perspective. This has never happened in last 2 years at bmw. Left feeling really bad .

" Zero wow factor - over promised under delivered. Head somewhere else if you want to feel special. Not every day you buy a 100k SUV.

" Very average experience service from a so called prestige brand. Initially I rang to enquire on a 125i. Spoke to an Indian guy with an English accent. Told him what I was looking for, seemed enthusiastic over the phone and said he would ring me back, but neve did. I decided one afternoon to go down and have a look at the cars on the lot myself as I only wanted a 1 series. Looked around the lot for ages until I went inside the dealer looking for assistance. Was assigned the same guy, again totally unhelpful, not overly interested in helping me with my enquiry. Got told to go have a look around the lot. Needless to say I bought my 1 series from Bundoora BMW and they were brilliant!
No wonder Mercedes is killing BMW for sales when this is the serviced received from their biggest dealer in Victoria. Spoke to a friend of mine who recently bought a MB GLA and he said he had the same experience when he went to buy an X4 from this dealer so went next door and bought the MB! Pathetic. "
