" I recently purchased 2 matching vanity units. The product numbers on the packaging was identical. When i had them installed, the plumber noticed on completion that the units were in fact different designs. I returned to the business to complain and arrange some type of compensation for the costly error which i believe was not my fault. The sales assistant was most unsympathetic to my case, telling me that while they would replace the unit to make them uniform, that the cost of installation would be at my own expense. Furthermore I was told to deal with the warehouse as it was out of her control. I consider this very bad customer service and would not recommend this company to my many friends some of whom are undergoing renovations. "

" We furnished our first bathroom from Bathroom Bazaar, about 4-5 years ago, and received attentive service. Now we're furnishing an ensuite and so we went back there today. We again received great service and low prices - on this occasion we bought ex-floor stock and saved ourselves several hundred dollars on a toilet and a vanity. We'll be back for taps and other fittings. "
