" Very clean, neat and practical. Just what I needed for a stopover after some long flights. Helpful staff, airport shuttle bus driver was excellent and reception being available 24 hours a day was a big plus. Highly recommend. "

" clean & tidy, close to the airport. Not particularly quiet rooms so I ended up waking up much earlier than I would have liked. Wouldn't rave about it, but it served its purpose.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and made the difference between a 3 star review and 4 star. Also appreciated the airport shuttle service, very helpful, thank you :-) "

" 2nd visit. Great, clean, quiet room and menu in Bistro is comprehensive. Due to disability, asked for room near dining room and couldn't be any closer.

" Really good service from the waitressing staff. Very welcoming and made me and my husband feel more content after a long tiring flight.
Was also welcomed by very nice reception staff. Although, I found the chef too proud and boasting about himself a lot when coming out greeting all guests while eating which I also found unprofessional. Other than that downside, the rooms were clean and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay! Will definitely be coming back due to fantastic service! "

" The room is beautiful, cleaned and equipped well, but the coordination between hotel and flight agent in airport is too bad. I was provided voucher by Jetstar agent to use while staying here, but when I checked out the receptionist asked me to pay for what I had used voucher to pay. Eventually, another agent in the hotel appeared and claimed that I was good to go because the voucher covered all for me. However, it still made me annoyed of explaining things at the morning and nearly I missed the shuttle bus to get to Melbourne airport. "

" Did a first aid course in one of the convention rooms. Air conditioning works, room was clean and so were the toilets. There is an outside park bench which was nice that we were able to eat lunch outside. "

" We were relying on the courtesy shuttle bus to collect us from the airport. After ringing and ringing and ringing to be collected, they never answered their phone. We were forced to get a taxi which set us back $25. Upon arrival, reception informed us there was a problem with their phone system which they were getting fixed. We then got to our room to find the fridge and everything in it at room temperature. We pulled the fridge out of its alcove (which wasn't easy) to discover it was switched off at the power. The good news was the manager gave us our snacks complimentary for the trouble. Bed and pillows not that comfortable, but did manage to sleep. "
