" Don't waste your time going to this store. Wanted to purchase a TV and washing machine and ending up walking out and spending my money at Harvey Norman. From the minute we entered there was a guy in the TV section, hovering uncomfortably close to us. When asked if he would price match a washing machine he said yes but would need to add delivery cost. But the website says free delivery. He mumbled something just to tell me it was floor stock and couldn't tell me when they'd get more in. He could've tried at the least to get an answer. In the end, he was not helpful, provided terrible customer service and I walked out. He couldn't have cared less. Hence why I was thrilled to spend the money elsewhere and received excellent customer service from a young guy who went above and beyond to help me. I will not be back or recommend your store to anyone "
