" This business is helpless and hopeless. I had two jobs done by them. They never can get things right, one dress fabric by damaged through the process, they told me it's because I didn't tell them what fabric in the clothes. another pants were missing belt which is belongs to it. The owners always had attitudes towards to customers. There is always excuses: nothing they did wrong or they possible can help. I am not sure how is this kind of business can survive. Be careful with them! "

" disappointing in the end
I went to this dry cleaner for 2 years, customer service was brilliant, timely return of garments. Cleaning of general garments like pants, knits, cottons was very good. Where they fell down and I have since found another dry cleaner were silks and colour run garments. After 3 expensive silk tops and one Megan Park dress ruined I have stopped going to this dry cleaner. I went back after the first and second silk top a little damaged as spots were in seems but after the last two items I can no longer afford to have my clothes damaged. I mentioned my disappointment with only one garment, but what can they say do other then to give you back 5 times the cost of cleaning the garment , which does not nearly reach the cost of replacement. "

" Today was my first time there. John was/is amazing! I needed major alterations to my bridesmaid dress and she even knew how to alter it so it would flatter my body type. At least 10 people came in when I was there and she knew all their names... Great place...will definitely go again. "
